D.E.W.E.Y ("we," "us") operates d3w3y.com. This page explains what information the site collects and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Newsletter signup. If you subscribe using the signup form, we collect your email address and share it with our email service provider (MailerLite) solely to send you updates about releases, drops, and shows. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical information (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and reliability, under its own privacy policy.
- No advertising trackers. We don't run ad pixels, third-party analytics trackers, or sell any data, ever.
Cookies and local storage
d3w3y.com sets no cookies of its own. When you dismiss the release announcement, your browser remembers that choice in local storage on your device; nothing is sent to us. Some release pages embed YouTube videos, and YouTube may set its own cookies when the video loads or plays, under Google's privacy policy.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DNS, and security
- MailerLite — hosts your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter
- Sanity — hosts the content published in Logs
- YouTube — embedded videos on release pages
- Bandcamp and streaming services — where you go to listen or buy; their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site grows (for example, when a shop is added). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
